Kimi
Most trackers wait. You open them, you type into them, and they sit there being neat. Kimi opens its mouth first.
Kimi is a dashboard for your own life — goals, tasks, focus, money, skills — with an assistant living in it called zerox, whose whole job is to look at your numbers and say the uncomfortable part out loud.
Streak 16 days. One task has been overdue since Tuesday. At this pace that goal lands in August, not in June. Next move: get the phone out of the bedroom.
It runs from a folder on your machine. No account, no server, no internet.
What's inside
- Overview — everything at a glance: overall progress, the goal you're actually chasing, streak, level, momentum, money left, a 14-day activity chart. zerox writes the day's summary underneath it.
- Day — the morning brief and the evening debrief. You promise the day three things, and in the evening you answer for them.
- Goals — milestones, a deadline, and an honest forecast: at the rate you're moving, here is the date you actually hit it. Not the date you wrote down when you were feeling optimistic.
- Tasks — a small kanban: backlog, planned, in progress, done. Overdue is a colour, not a feeling.
- Focus — timed sessions with a pomodoro, and a log of where the hours went, including the ones you'd rather not log.
- Memory — notes, decisions, links. The things you'll need in three months and will not remember.
- Achievements — 60+ of them, from your first focus session to a full week at rank S. Levels and XP that come from work you actually did.
- Chat — ask zerox "what matters most today" and get an answer built from your own data, not a fortune cookie.
In the full version
- Finance — income, expenses, sources, runway. How many months you last at your current burn.
- Stats — followers and views across platforms, week over week.
- Team — people, roles, who owes what.
- Skills — hours of practice, levels, the growth curve.
- Analytics — odds of finishing each goal, week in review, and the one thing slowing you down most.
- Live AI — plug in your own OpenAI or Anthropic key and zerox stops being scripted. The key stays in your browser and goes nowhere else.
- The agent on its own schedule — morning brief, evening debrief, weekly review, without being asked.
- All themes and effects, and goals without a limit.
How it actually works
It is HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No engine, no build step, no install. Unzip the folder and open index.html — or press Run and use it right here in the browser tab.
Everything you type stays in your browser's local storage on this machine. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nothing to upload it to. That cuts both ways, and here is the honest warning: clear your browser data and it is gone. There is an Export JSON button in settings. Use it.
English and Russian, switchable in one click.
Free and full
The free edition is not a demo with a timer. Overview, Day, Goals, Tasks, Focus, Memory, Achievements and zerox all work — forever, offline, for nothing — up to 5 goals and 12 notes.
The full version is $3, once. It unlocks Finance, Stats, Team, Skills, Analytics, live AI, the self-scheduling agent, every theme, and unlimited goals. It ships with a key, so if you've been using the free edition you can unlock the copy you already have and keep everything in it.
